A Little About Bell Plaza

Bell Plaza Professional Building was acquired in January 2008 by a group of local Arizona investors.  Bell Plaza was originally constructed in 1974 by and for the Del Webb corporation.  In the mid to late 80’s the building was converted to a multi-tenant office building.  Boasting nearly 100,000 square feet of office space, Bell Plaza is the largest commercial office building in its immediate market.  The building is located at 17220 N. Boswell Blvd which is just a 1/2 block west of 99th Ave and Bell Road.  There are two buildings of equal size and design to round out the nearly 100,000 square feet.

After acquiring this beautiful building, the new ownership set out to complete a nearly one million dollar renovation to include all the exterior paint, landscape re-design, new asphalt, completely new common area lobbies and restrooms, new monument signage, new tenant directory signage and completely new state of the art compressors in the HVAC system.  All of the renovation work was to accomplish the task of bringing the latest in design and professional services to this amazing building.

Realizing that there would likely be tough times in the market ahead, the new ownership’s acquisition strategy was to position Bell Plaza to be a truly value based competitor in its immediate market.  Offering full service lease rates, Bell Plaza can offer competitive pricing that is typically $2.00-$3.00 per square foot below any comparable office building and even greater in some cases.

With office sizes ranging from 150 square feet to over 10,000, Bell Plaza can accommodate just about any business size or need.  We encourage anyone reading this to stop by and see the building.  If you have have an office need or know someone who does, go to Bell Plaza.  The on site management will be able to assist you in your search.
